1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 And 1999 Subaru Legacy Radio Wiring
Before Preforming this installation make sure you have the proper wire connectors if you are not soldering. You’ll need a pair of wire strippers, crimp caps used to make the connections, crimper’s, and zip ties to clean up the wiring and insure you do not cause any electrical fires.
Audio wires:
- Left front + Brown and white
- Left front – Green
- Right front + Red and Yellow
- Right front – White and Black
- Rear left + White and Red
- Rear left – Red and Black
- Rear right + Blue and Yellow
- Rear right – Red and White
Power wires:
- Constant 12v: Blue and red
- Accessory: Yellow
- Remote turn on:
- Powered antenna: Green and Orange
- Chassis ground: Black
- Illumination: Yellow and blue
- Dimmer: White and orange
Navigation Wires:
- Reverse wire: + Brown and yellow (24 pin harness in kick panel)
- Parking brake wire: – Yellow and Green (located on parking brake)
